about is taking care of your sexual self. So ladies, what does that even mean? Well, to me, I think

that's your whole self in many respects because we are sexual beings. I think a lot of times we

think we're sexual just in our nether regions.

But God created us so that we have some sensitivity throughout our skin.

We can be and feel attractive in other areas that leads to connection with our husbands.

Though it certainly does include our specific sexual parts, our genitals,

and other erogenous zones. So I think it's kind of taking care of all of yourself,

but we're kind of leaning into how those things impact sex and what is sexual about them.

Yeah, when I think of that question, my sexual self really translates

into my sensual self, because I know when I'm feeling certain ways, it helps me feel sexual.
