In today's episode we continue along with our series to cleanse and we are midweek in our series and each day you are discovering a meditation technique you can do while you meditate

or as you go about your day.

And the meditation technique for today is a moodra.

3:29.7

3:47.0

And that is why it can be so difficult to surrender.

3:57.0

Because when you surrender, you can't simply go on being distracted or go on being overwhelmed or

4:07.6

stressed even though those are emotions you don't really enjoy experiencing, they keep your mind off of some of the

4:19.2

more root causes of your stress or your overwhelm and that is facing your truth as to what you feel within yourself.

4:37.0

So as you do the Mudra Today, it's a simple Madra to do, you can always head over to the
