In today's episode, you are going to discover a breathing technique. This is a cleansing, purifying breath that calms your mind and body.

Either way, a brand new season merits a cleanse. So we will be cleansing our way through the month of April. So this week, you will discover different rituals and habits that will lay the foundation

for your cleanse throughout the whole month. As you get ready to do today's cleansing breath, I want to share some insight with you regarding your cleanse.

While doing research for this series, I came across article after article about how important it is to remain calm.

But what caught my eye among the many different rituals and habits you could acquire

to keep you calm and focused was a technique that I did when I gave

birth to my second child. And this technique is a technique that I don't typically do, which surprises me because it was so

incredibly effective at a time in my life where I was experiencing great physical pain as I was delivering a baby.

You can do this technique when you are experiencing physical or emotional pain.

I delivered my second child without any kind of medication or any kind of

medication whatsoever. That's not to say that if you do require an epidural or medication that your delivery experience was somehow not as great.
