Summary

In this episode of the Healthy by Heather Brown podcast, Heather sits down with Catharine Arnston, founder of ENERGYbits, to explore the science and power of algae—yes, you read that right!

From skin to gut health, mitochondria support, hormone balance, and even cancer prevention, Catharine shares why she believes algae is nature’s most nutrient-dense superfood.

Before the interview, Heather gives a personal life update about her recent family trip for her brother-in-law’s wedding in Michigan and how she leaned into her Sunday Reset midweek to detox and recover—mind, body, and spirit. She shares exactly what she did to support her digestion, energy, skin, and faith after travel using hydration, nutrition, movement, and intentional time with God. This episode is for you if:
  • You’re curious about natural recovery and detox after travel
  • You want to know how chlorella and spirulina support mitochondrial health and reduce inflammation
  • You’re looking for faith-forward ways to care for your body
  • You’ve heard about ENERGYbits and want to know if they’re worth the hype
