0:17.0	I'm the one that scheduled it.
0:19.0	I'm the one that set the goals.
0:20.0	I'm the one that designed it.
0:22.0	So you know what I've decided? it doesn't matter what's in my
0:24.9	counter I'm gonna follow it and I'm gonna do the work with inspired action because you
0:29.4	know what I learned a long time ago. Every phone call matters. Every meeting matters.
0:35.0	Every project matters and you think it doesn't matter in the moment. You think that one phone call like you can bring your B game versus your A game and you think it doesn't matter.
0:44.0	But you know what I've learned? When I was 19 years old, I cold called a guy named Gino Blafari
0:50.4	and at that point he was a real estate professional in Northern California and I was a
0:54.8	bunning young sales guy and I sold him a ticket to an event and guess what?
0:59.1	31 years later he's my personal client and the CEO of Home Services of America.
1:05.6	Every phone call matters.
1:07.3	If you are smart enough to put it in your schedule, be smart enough to execute on it and
