| 0:56.5 | or a control, right? Expectations will always fail you. And expectations are still a form of |
| 1:02.2 | fear. And we all go through feelings and emotions of stress and fear as well as anxiousness |
| 1:08.2 | and all these types of things that come up with uncertainty. |
| 1:11.9 | The wonderful news about hope and fear is that they both are putting faith into an uncertainty. |

| 1:21.1 | We have this beautiful ability to choose that allows us to navigate between the two and go, |
| 1:27.1 | okay, I'm going to choose to have hope |
| 1:29.3 | in a situation versus fear in a situation because both are unknowns, so why not choose hope? |
