So how would you get it started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

Sure. I've been a lawyer in Columbus for about almost 40 years now, and I've been at

Carlisle-Patchit and Murphy since 1991, worked with a couple of larger firms for a while.

So I've actually done transactions with our former president, Mr. Trump, over time, and done a lot of

things. So I do general business work.

A lot of that is everything from setting up companies to negotiating contracts, to working on

contracts, to buying and selling, to mergers and acquisitions and finance and all that,

all those kind of activities. So negotiation comes into play and understanding others and their point of view comes

into play quite a bit during pretty much everything that I do. Absolutely. And that is why we are

excited to have you today because this is going to be a good one as far as, especially when you

consider like strategies and tactics and

these negotiations too and so listeners the the three things that we're going to focus on today are

number one gathering information the the appropriate way to do this and how you can do this in a
