So as you consider your pain,

think about your pain style. Do you feel anxious when you're experiencing physical or emotional pain?

Anxious to where you feel stuck or trapped like maybe you can't really make a difference

in managing your pain. You may feel it's out of your

control and this can cause an attachment style as you manage your pain. Maybe for you you have more of an

avoidant attachment style in regard to your pain. Do you act like everything's fine and you move

forward and sometimes you feel like this makes your pain worse and you even know it to some extent that it could harm you greater, but you still push away thoughts of your pain.
