Now I want to share with you right away the technique for today.

It is a mudra.

A mudra is a way you position your hands that is considered to correspond with a particular part of your brain. So there are a lot of nerve endings in your

fingers and your hands that you can stimulate and that is considered to be how mudras can support you. I really enjoy mudras and I know because I hear from many of you and you often tell me they are your favorite technique.

The mudra today is so simple you could do it right now and

hold it throughout your entire meditation. It is the prithy mudra and here is what it is considered to do for you. This Prithi-Mudra is believed

to increase the earth element, Prithhee, within your body.

And this helps in healing physical ailments

and improving your vitality.

It's thought to promote strength and stability and your overall well-being.

So let's do this moodra together. To do it, join the tip of your ring finger with the tip of your thumb.

And you can keep your other fingers just gently extended outward in a comfortable way.
