Your challenge this week as you're guided through a series of sunrise meditations is to watch the sunrise.

Now this might seem like something pretty simple to do, but the way you start your day influences the whole rest of your day.

So if you stop and watch the sunrise, you will be surprised by how

grounded this helps you to feel. And you carry this sunrise energy into the rest of your day.

So wherever you are when the sun is rising make sure you go out or stop and watch the sunrise. So instead of guessing when that

take long to watch the sunrise. So make sure you do this you might be driving to work or dropping your kids off at school or
