| 1:07.8 | He's been growing rapidly, but we're struggling to recruit and retain women and people of color. |
| 1:16.4 | Have not been able to do that well. And so for me, as a hardworking person, I believe that the reason why I got to where I am is because I just work really hard and other people need to work really hard. |
| 1:19.8 | And if they're not succeeding, it's because they're not working really hard. |
| 1:23.4 | And so Melissa is going to come in and talk about the fact that there might be issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within their culture. |
