It just might not be you who gets them… unless… In this Mindset Monday, we’re going to get very clear on who is going to step up and succeed in today’s market.

0:07.4	it looked a lot like 2019 and yet there's so many people right now that are complaining
0:13.1	about the market as if complaining is suddenly a strategy for success.
0:17.4	If I complain and I say there's not enough buyers or there's too many buyers, there's
0:20.8	not enough homes on the market, complaining is not a strategy right now.
0:24.8	If we want things to change, we have to change.
0:27.2	You got to shift our thinking just like you did during the pandemic, you got to shift
0:30.9	your thinking to say the things that got me here aren't going to get me there.
0:34.1	If I'm not winning the way I want, I've got to do something different.
0:37.1	I've got to be willing to make the adjustment in this environment.
0:41.2	Somebody's going to step up, somebody's going to do more, someone is going to earn that
0:44.8	customer, someone is going to earn that commission and I want it to be you.
0:48.2	The question is, are you ready to make the change?
0:51.2	If not now, then when and if not you, then who?
0:56.2	Someone's going to go serve the customer.
0:57.9	I am betting on you.
