What's the question you're asking yourself? What is the thing you're trying to solve?

I talked with people all day, every day, and I'm always looking for like,

what's your mindset? Where are you at? What are you trying to solve? And it's fascinating that it's basically two camps.

One camp of people is constantly telling me like, you know, Tom, why does this keep happening to me?

And how come everybody else is doing this? And how come everybody else is doing better?

And you know, why do I do I you know always lose assistance and

how come I'm not generating enough business and and their questions what it

does it basically gets you to continually re-validate and answer why you

suck why you're not doing well.

Think about it.

Versus this other group is like, hey, Tom, I'm working on this,

how can I make the real estate transaction beautiful?

What if I built the kind of business that had such an

experience for my customers that they couldn't wait to buy and sell with me again?

They couldn't wait to refer me again. Both those people are doing the right thing. One's just asking the

wrong question. One is asking the right question. My question for you is

what is the dominant question you're obsessing about right now?

Are you thinking about how do I 3, 4, 6 x my business?

Are you thinking about how do I pay off all my debts and save $200,000, $200,000, $300,

$450,810 million a year.

Are you thinking about how can I generate such unbelievable loyalty, trust, and brand

with my customers that they would never think to go another website they would only
