Hey, welcome back to the Tom Ferry Show. As I mentioned, the bigger the problem, the greater the opportunity, and yet, too many people are focusing on the wrong questions.

Why does this keep happening to me? I don't have enough inventory. My

buyers are getting frustrated. All of those are valid. But those aren't the

questions that absolutely catapult your thinking, your focus, and

ultimately your business.

So this is going to be a short show.

Question number one, how are you going to scale yourself. How are you going to level up and scale yourself in

2021? Specifically, who is the most important person you need to hire and bring into your team to free you

up to do more of what you do best. Meeting with clients, doing negotiations, going on

presentations,

handling objections, closing sales,

making money, serving customers, and not

doing the very important 15 to $20 an hour work

that someone else can do faster, better, more efficiently,

or just simply free you up to serve more clients or to be with the people that you love.
