In this article calls attention to the fact that small businesses are not keeping up.

Now, Gene, 401k is a good deal to employees.

So what is the shortfall?

Yeah, there was a recent survey that was done of like a few thousand small business owners,

and it turns out that only 24% of them are offering 401k plans to their employees.

24%, one and four, which is seems like it's just,

it's a very, very low number.

So a 401k plan is not only simple and inexpensive to set up,

but if your business does not have a 401k plan. simple and inexpensive to set up.

But if your business does not have a 401k plan,

you're not only losing a really good recruiting tool

and a retainage tool for your existing employees,

but you're losing a really great vehicle for you is the business store. your and now because of legislation that passed at the end of

2022 is called Secure 2.0 it allows business owners to get huge tax credits for

not only setting up but also contributing to your employees

accounts among some other benefits as well. So I just have to just say that

24% is a very low number of small businesses that own that have 401k plans and I strongly

suggest if you got a small business of whatever size even if it's just two or three
