Now just bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm.

Feeling your chest rise and fall gently.

Feeling peaceful and calm.

Feeling very relaxed.

Because with each breath you take you can feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

And your body is starting to feel so heavy now but all snuggly and warm.

And you feel so peaceful, so relaxed.

And yet you feel so very happy and light.

And your breathing is almost still.

You are so relaxed.

Now imagine yourself sitting in a large green field.

And the sun is shining brightly.

And it's a lovely, lovely clear day

with just a few little clouds floating by.

And this also makes you feel very calm, very peaceful.

You look up at the sky.

You see a beautiful rainbow of many colours. And the colours are so bright and so clear.
