Find a nice comfortable place to sit or get yourself all snuggled up in your bed and allow your eyes to

gently close and just focus on your breathing.

and slowly and gently let the breath out. Again, deep breath in, and then slowly and gently let that breath out. One more time.

Deep breath in and slowly and gently letting the breath out from your mouth and just relax just relax. Just chill. Now imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light,

a light so bright and so pure, a light of protection and peace.

Breathe in this white light,

feel it as it enters your body completely, making you feel all warm and so very safe. Now imagine you are in a land filled with magic and wonder and as you walk along you can feel the gentle breeze on your face and the sun is shining

down on you making you feel lovely and warm.

Up ahead of you, you see a magnificent crystal stairway that sparkles like a thousand stars.

Now this stairway leads to a beautiful wonderland.

A place with beautiful happy dreams can come alive and your imagination knows no boundaries.

So you walk up to this magnificent Crystal stairway and take a good look at it.

It really is very beautiful.

And you think to yourself that this is going to be so much fun.

So you step onto the Crystal Stairway and And as you do, you enter a realm of many dimensions, each one filled

with different beautiful beings that are so happy and so friendly.

There are fairies with delicate wings,

elves with mischievous grins and unicorns with flowing mains that shimmer in the sunlight.

In the first dimension, you meet the giggling fairies and they flutter and dance all around you
