Lie down in your lovely soft comfy bed, feeling all warm and safe.

Take a deep breath in and start to relax your body.

And as you breathe out you begin to feel a warm sensation starting at the top of your head Just allow this beautiful feeling of relaxation to spread throughout your whole body.

And with each breath you take your relaxation goes deeper and deeper inside your body. Imagine that this feeling, this beautiful, relaxing feeling is your favorite colour.

And watch it as it spreads throughout your whole body, all warm, soft and tingly.

So again, deep breath in, see your favourite colour, relaxing your scalp and your head,

and breathe out slowly and gently.

And with each breath you take, you are breathing in pure relaxation.

Feel your face and your ears begin to relax.

Feel your whole body begin to relax.

Can you feel it? Now breathe out in a big long sign. Keep breathing in your wonderful colour of pure relaxation and just breathe out all of your

worries so breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe in and breathe out. Now you feel.

One last time, breathe in and breathe out.

Now you feel deeply, deeply relaxed, deeply relaxed and very calm. And you feel ever so peaceful now.

Now imagine yourself floating in space wearing a space suit.

Something you never thought possible. You in space, in a space suit.

Now imagine how light you are feeling and you're just

gently and slowly floating in space. Doesn't it feel good?

There are shooting stars all around you.

It looks just like fireworks and they're creating a wonderful display of light just for you.

You can see other planets in the distance and you wonder what planets they actually are. Do you recognize any of them?
