Close your eyes and be very still.

Now imagine your body surrounded with a beautiful, brilliant, pure white light.

And see this amazing light swirl around your whole body and it sparkles and it shines so brightly

but it doesn't hurt you to look at it. This light is protecting you. This light is protecting you.

This light is filling you with a deep inner peace.

Now imagine roots coming out from the soles of your feet, just like the roots of a tree.

Push these roots deep into the ground beneath you.

Feel the earth moving aside as your roots go deeper and deeper into the ground.

And you can hear the sound of the soil moving apart to let your roots go past.
