One last time, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

I just bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm and relax, letting all your thoughts just drift away.

Now imagine yourself sitting in a huge football stadium right at the end of the pitch.

The sky is a beautiful blue and there's hardly any clouds at all.

The sun is at its highest and there are thousands of people all around you.

The stadium is very full.

Well, it would be. It is after all the Cup final.

We look out onto the pitch. When you see a football match in full swing,

the players are running up and down the field, passing the ball to each other,

all of them trying to get the ball off the other team

and trying so desperately to win the match and bring the cup home. And you see that on the

backs of the players' shirts is their number and the name of their team. One team is called the Growly Bears.

The other team is called the cheeky monkeys.
