Close your eyes and settle down.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Again. mouth. Again, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

One last time.

Deep breath in

and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. Just let your body relax and go soft and limp.

Now imagine there is a beautiful white light at the bottom of your feet

And it shines and it sparkles and it begins to slowly move so that it covers your feet

It's like a wave. It comes up your legs, over your knees, your thighs, all the way up your body down your arms over your shoulders up your neck over your head

so this over your head. So this whole beautiful white light is covering the whole of your body and it feels so warm, so nice.

This light protects you.

This light fills you with love.

So take a deep breath in, breathe in this light, and slowly and gently, breathe out,

feel your body as it relaxes more and more.

And you feel so peaceful, so wonderful,

and you feel so loved.

Now imagine that you are on the most beautiful beach in the world, there's glorious white sand.

And you can see trees on this beach, they're further back,

the different kinds of trees,

and there's no one else there, just you.

You take off your shoes and your socks

and you walk along the sand.
