Close your eyes and take a big deep breath. Just relax.

Feel your body becoming softer and calmer

as you gently breathe in and out.

Now, take a deep breath in through your nose

and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Again, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

One more time, deep breath in, breathing slowly and gently out through your mouth.

Now just relax and let your breathing come back to its normal rhythm.

Now imagine that you have roots sprouting out from the soles of your feet.

Roots that look just like the roots of a tree.

Very strong roots, just like you. Very strong roots, just like you.

And you can hear your roots growing through the ground.

You can hear them as they push their way through the soil and it tickles just a little bit.

Can you feel it? Can you feel it tickling you?

Can you feel the soil under your feet?

This is called grounding, and this keeps your energy planted in the ground so that you too can grow big and strong, just like the tree.

Now imagine a beautiful white light surrounding your whole body, a light that's so

bright that you shine even brighter than the sun.

And this beautiful pure white light

is protecting you always,

like your very own force field.
