and then slowly breathe out through your mouth and just release all of your thoughts letting

them just drift far away. One more time, take another slow deep breath in and then slowly breathe out through your mouth and know that in this very moment all is well in your world.

now imagine that you are standing on a secluded beach.

The sand is beautiful and white and it's very early in the morning and you're sitting barefoot on the sand.

And you're just sitting there, watching the sunrise and feeling very happy.

And you can see all its glorious colours as it slowly rises up to begin the day.

You can hear the rhythmic sounds of the waves as they gently come up onto the shore. You can hear the seabed soothe you as they fly

above you and it prints you comfort and a

feeling of deep peace and happiness. The ocean mist is cool on your face and you can smell the salty air.

You can even smell the seaweed and the sand smells clean and fresh.

It's a magical time watching the sunrise gradually come up from what looks like to see.

And it's changing the sky from a dark dusty blue to a brilliant yellow color.

And it makes the rolling waves sparkle as the sunlight dances on it.

It's like a thousand tiny lights are all shining just for you.

And you stand up and begin walking towards the water.

And your feet are sinking down deeply into the sand that feels very warm, very soft.

But then as you get nearer to the water's edge, the sand becomes wet and

firmer as you walk.
