Close your eyes and relax.

You are going on a very special adventure shortly, so we want you all nice and comfy.

Take a big deep breath in into your nose, feel your tummy expanding and then breathe out

through your mouth. Again, deep breath in through your nose.

Feeling your tummy expanding, quite like a balloon.

And breathe out.

One last time, big deep breath in. And gently breathe out through your mouth.

Well done.

Now imagine a bubble of glowing white light surrounding your whole body.

This light is so bright it's almost a bluish colour, but it's very soothing and very gentle.

This light is like a force field of protection, and it will only allow love and positivity to enter whilst you are on your adventures.

Now imagine hearing a letter being posted through your letter box.

This doesn't look like any normal letter, so you move towards it to investigate.

This letter has a golden glittering rim around it,

and it looks very magical and very important.

And you notice it's addressed to you, so you slowly begin to open up the envelope.

You take out the letter, which is handwritten, I might add, on beautiful glittering paper.

And it says that you have been selected for the Superhero Academy on Superhero Island. The land of superheroes. Wow, you didn't even know such a thing

existed. You read further and it says they have been monitoring you and have been very impressed.

They think that you have the potential

to be a fantastic superhero

if you so wish.
