Just relax and let your breathing come back to its normal rhythm.

Now imagine that you are in a beautiful lush green meadow and there are flowers growing

all around the edges of this lovely field and parts of this field have very long grass and it's blowing in the gentle breeze.

And here you are safe, you are loved, and you are protected, always.

So take a look around you. What else can you see? Take a good look around. You can hear rustling up ahead of you in the long grass and you wonder that the long grass is

and as you look ahead you see that the long grass is moving.

What on earth could it be?

So you set out to take a look.

You walk towards the moving grass. And what do you see?

Lo and behold, you find a little black pug puppy and it's on its own in the field.

It is playing all by itself and it seems to be having a really good time rolling around in the grass.

So you watch it for a moment, just having fun. You watch it as it

chases its tail, trying ever so hard to catch it. But it can't. It's a beautiful chubby little puppy and it has one white patch over a time.

And you wonder if that's its name, patch. You would call it patch if it was your puppy. You like the name patch. The puppy
