I have been teaching meditation for over 30 years. 

I am a qualified Personal trainer with Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment. I have lectured in the fitness, mental health and wellbeing industry for over 25 years.

I am a specialist 'intensive A' mental health worker and have worked in mental health forensics.
