WHAT IS MY EXPERIENCE?
I have been teaching meditation for over 30 years.
I am a qualified Personal trainer with Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment. I have lectured in the fitness, mental health and wellbeing industry for over 25 years.
I am a specialist 'intensive A' mental health worker and have worked in mental health forensics.

| 1:54.0 | Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. |

| 2:05.0 | And exhale that breath. |
| 2:10.5 | Embrace the moment, this moment. You have dedicated this moment to your well-being, to your health. |
| 2:21.0 | Celebrate this moment, be aware of yourself. |
| 2:27.0 | Aware of your physical body and your breath. |
| 2:32.0 | Aware of your physical body, aware of your breath. |
| 2:40.0 | Take another deep breath in hold it for a moment and exhale. |
| 2:52.0 | Bring quiet to your body, relax the entire body. You may find thoughts, feelings, rising to the surface. That's okay. Let them go. Let them pass by. Accept the moment as it is. |
