Well, in today's episode, I'm going to be guiding you in a meditation exploring a top stressor of not sleeping well.

I know this is a worldwide top stressor currently from the latest research I read on sleep.

And if you're not sleeping well, you are not alone. And I want to guide you through a little mini sleep ritual that you can do that I've heard from many people helps them tremendously as they go to sleep.

In fact, I shared this with many airline crew employees who find themselves in different time zones, different hotels, eating different food and living very irregular work schedules.

The technique I'm going to share with you, which is not difficult. It shouldn't be difficult. It should be easy enough for you to remember how to do it after you're guided through doing it in today's episode.

This is a technique where you combine the use of a visualization with a breathing technique and you consciously relax different areas of your body.

So it's a few different layered techniques for the full guided meditation of this technique to help you sleep better.
