| 1:24.3 | I think that honoring a new chapter in your life, honoring a new year does require some |
| 1:34.2 | sort of focus or promise that you make to yourself. |
| 1:40.3 | Part of you may be torn as to whether to define this next 12 months ahead of you with goals |

| 1:53.2 | On the other hand, you might think about past New Year's resolutions you've made that |

| 2:02.0 | So you might even recognize that maybe when February or March rolls around each year, |
