I like to encourage you to finish out each week's series with a nature walk or a guided walking meditation.

And I know you can't always get out there to walk, so in that case, I encourage you to sit down

and meditate outside or even if you're inside, if you open up a window.

This is a beautiful way for you to connect with the environment all around you.

So, it's taking your meditation ritual off your cushion or your chair and into your everyday life.
