Or is it just whatever people create and then how we receive it well

too you said growing up on the farm because we were talking about discipline and this is going to lead to a conversation about not about Tyler Perry.

So let me just be clear before we get into this conversation.

I absolutely respect and admire that man's work ethic, his vision for ownership, the way in which he has made more black millionaires than Hollywood itself,

that he's intentional about that.

At the same time, there's a lack of discipline and a lack of excellence that he should want

to have.

And it's not a bourgeois way of looking at the world.

It is representation because what you're putting out into the world, I was saying this to Dr. Carr yesterday. I said the things that I'm doing, I'm considering that long after I'm gone, they'll still be here. So I have to get it right. Like I'm working on some book projects. I have to get it right. Even with Mr. Juneteenth, there's some things that we need to

put into alignment so that it's correct and then add the Africa to it so that it's correct.

So 100 years from now, there wouldn't be a narrative out there that's wrong, the way we are

repeating wrong narratives today that have been given to us. Whether it was 1492, he sailed
