Skinny Dipping is the literal and the metaphorical arena of stripping down and diving in on all

things around our mind, our body, and our soul because truly I think the more that we explore

ourselves, the more that we get curious with ourselves, the more in love with ourselves

we become because really to know yourself is to love yourself.

And we are diving into a new solo season.

Every episode is going to spell out alchemist.

And like it's an acronym.

You know, you guys know, I love acronyyms i've done like you are the healer and

each episode was h-e-a-l-e-r and you know it just helps me create structure within my work and within

my research to really understand human nature better i i think of the divine feminine and the divine masculine working together

like a river. The divine masculine, which is structure, security, stability, groundedness,

is like the rocks of a river. And then the divine feminine has the ability to allow that juicy,

creative life force to flow through when we have a container for it.

And I think in creativity, when you are creating art, which, you know, my podcast is my art, I think if you can take anything from this, it's that when we allow ourselves to create some sort of structure and some sort of direction,

some sort of pointed arrow towards our art, what happens is we create a beautiful structure for the divine feminine flow and the creativity and the art to actually exist within.

You don't want it to be so constructive that it's keeping you away from your creativity.
