because you're heading towards the end of the week and we always take the

first five days and go a little more in depth and become more interiorized

and reflective with the techniques and meditations. Well, on days six and seven,

so for tomorrow's episode and the next days, I think it's important to have

some fun to let go and relax a little bit and have a little more fun

in your meditation ritual. So today is your final day of more inner work

where you're focusing and reflecting and I know that can take a lot out of you,

especially if you're going through a major challenge in your life. But honestly,

no matter what you're going through in your life, inner reflection takes a

little bit out of you because when you do a self-assessment, you have to come

to terms with your life. How things are going for you. What isn't going so well for you?

In other words, when you do a self-assessment, it's difficult to keep living

in your life on automatic. And sometimes we can get to a point where we feel

like we can cruise because we've reached a point where things are going pretty well,

we're pretty satisfied, nothing alarming is going on. But that doesn't always

prepare you for the times when something does come up. And so it's good to do

an inner renewal assessment as often as you can. Even every week when you

reflect, when I start off every series, you're guided through a reflective

meditation, kind of taking stock of how the previous week went or what's going

on in your life, what's working, what's not working. And it's very important to
