| 0:00.0 | This is Episode 991. Welcome to your daily guided meditation. I honor you for giving |
| 0:11.5 | yourself this time to slow down and renew yourself to give yourself a sense of |
| 0:19.1 | inner renewal by drying out those qualities that make you distinct. That are your |
| 0:30.1 | strengths that make you your best. And as you do the meditation today, keep this |
| 0:40.6 | in mind. Focus on the qualities you'd like to bring out because you have so |
| 0:46.6 | many. So think of maybe a few of the qualities you want to draw out as you |

| 1:53.8 | meditations to be guided through a visualization or reflection or inspiration. |
| 2:02.2 | Whether or not you do the techniques, you still receive a benefit of meditation. |
| 2:10.0 | But I do challenge you to try the mudra. The mudra that I would love to have you |
| 2:21.2 | do is the inner renewal mudra. And to do it, you simply place your thumb at the |
| 2:31.4 | base of your ring finger and you do this with both hands. And when you do this, |
| 2:37.3 | it detoxes your thoughts and it helps to provide clarity and focus as you begin |
| 2:46.4 | something new in your life or as you give yourself an inner renewal. You can do |
