Well in today's episode you're going to have the option to do a technique called a mudra.

Now I know many of you love mudras. They are your go-to technique.

But I know for many of you it wasn't always like that.

Just as it was for me as well when I first discovered or heard about mudras.

You may have thought, oh I don't really want to do something like that.

And what are those? And do those work anyways?

Those are kind of one of those woo-woo meditation techniques.

Well you realize if you do yoga especially or if you do acupuncture or if you get massage.

You realize that there are a lot of pressure points on our body that influence our nervous system.

And this stimulates a corresponding region of your brain.

And that's simply what mudras do.
