| 1:38.6 | focusing on this yama all week long in regard to not allowing your negative thoughts to steal away from the |
| 1:48.7 | most precious moments of your life. One of the most negative thoughts you could have, which is in fact a very common |
| 1:59.9 | negative thought, is that you are not enough. |

| 2:09.5 | you steal from the world's experience of you because you don't live out fully who you |
| 2:19.2 | are and so the world has no chance to get to know your gifts. And this is a great loss that your |

| 2:29.2 | that your negative thoughts steal away from the world. |
| 2:37.0 | So think about your most common repetitive thought. |
| 2:48.5 | And think about if it has to do with your confidence. Maybe you feel stuck. Is it because you feel like, unless things are a particular way you're not really able to be who you are? |
