| 0:00.0 | This is episode 1207 of the Daily Meditation Podcast. I'm Mary Mechley and I |
| 0:11.2 | welcome you to our series this week. We are exploring an important theme. It's |
| 0:19.1 | the theme of truth, honoring yourself and others as well by sharing your truth, |
| 0:27.2 | as well as listening to others' truth. In today's episode, you're going to be |
| 0:37.8 | guided in a meditation to help you tap into your inner truth. And throughout this |
| 0:46.6 | week's series, you've discovered insight as well as meditation techniques to |

| 2:09.4 | you're attacking other people's truth. When you see people in pain, sharing |
| 2:15.9 | their truth, in a way that may seem negative, usually it's because they want so |
| 2:25.4 | badly to be heard. So if you simply spend more time listening, when you're not |
| 2:33.0 | even really sure how you feel about certain circumstances, simply listen and |
| 2:39.1 | tap into your inner truth a little more. I've been sharing with you an |
| 2:44.5 | acronym to help you do this. And this is actually an acronym to help you put |
| 2:51.6 | together a safety shield for yourself. And it's from the book called Facing |
