| 0:48.0 | In last week's series we explored the first Yama which was non-violence, non-harm. |
| 0:56.0 | In regards to your thoughts, your actions and your words. |
| 1:01.0 | So this week has been all about truth. |
| 1:05.0 | And in today's episode you're going to layer together the different meditation techniques |
| 1:14.0 | that you've explored all week long. |
| 1:18.0 | And this is what I do every time I sit down and meditate. |
| 1:23.0 | I don't close my eyes and instantly I'm sitting in inner stillness. |
| 1:30.0 | It takes some time to transition from what you were doing before you sat down to meditate |
| 1:38.0 | to a state of real stillness within. |
| 1:44.0 | Where you can let go of your thoughts and your mind and body are calm and your heart is open. |
| 1:54.0 | So the meditation techniques calm your mind and body so you can feel this inner stillness. |
| 2:04.0 | So as you get ready to meditate I want to share with you a little insight today |
| 2:12.0 | in regard to the second Yama of truth. |
