outdoors. Sometimes it's we're trying to inspire you, sometimes we're just

giving you some ideas. Well today's guest is thinking just the same line of

offer us. She's a big believer in being able to adapt and pivot. They're not put

your eggs all in one basket. Get out there and try something new. You do not need

a lot of you just need to put one foot in front of the other and get yourself

Thanks for having me. So, wait, let's start off by telling us a little bit

about yourself. Yeah, so I am from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I'm a leapier

baby, so both these are important to me. I'm a school teacher, a wedding and

lifestyle photographer. I'm also a nationally qualified powerlifter and of

course, I've got a big passion for the outdoors.

It sounds like all around. You're just you just love outdoor endeavors and

being a leapier baby, you're going to be a you're going to always stay young, right?
