Hi, my name is John Kim and I'm a therapist who went through his own

clinical and with you instead of at you I come unrehearsed on

purpose because self-help doesn't have to be so complicated. So I was waiting

for my client today in the patio of a coffee shop and if you don't know me or if you're new to my podcast I do sessions all over town in Los Angeles.

I've never had an office on purpose and so I'm in the patio and there's this giant like bush hanging over me and I feel this buzzing on my neck.

Turns out it's a fucking bee.

It goes into my hoodie and I jump up and I think it's got scared because I jumped

and it bit my neck I rush into the

restroom take my hoodie off shake it out the bee comes out and have a giant welt on my neck.

Clank comes, I'm now sitting down, trying to concentrate,

wondering, am I allergic to bees?

I know people can actually die from be stings.

I don't know if I've ever been stuck by a bee.

Maybe as a kid I'm not sure but all those thoughts are going through my mind and

it turned out to be okay but man that kind of shit happens to me all the time just random

stuff where you're like what the fuck anyway right, let's talk about the seed model. So human beings

given the right conditions for growth are like seeds destined to become full. The right conditions for seeds are

nutrient-rich soil, water and sunshine, you know this, right? But for humans and we all have that kind of soil that we need

the conditions are love there's five of them love interest attention acceptance and understanding and as

you're listening to this I want you to think about not just your intimate relationship if you're in one, but all your
