my day. So appreciate you guys been doing that and putting some smiles on my face. So it is a Friday.

It's a blue Friday. You know, Blue Friday is kind of like

not a thing anymore, right? Like nobody talks about Blue Friday. I'm wondering if that will be

something that kind of makes a comeback as the Seahawks kind of make a comeback here as the Northwest

turns its attention from, you know, a pretty amazing mariner season to what might

be a pretty amazing Seahawks season. And I think that when against the commanders certainly

got some attention both locally and nationally. We have our special guest, as always, Mike Sando

of the athletic. And, you know, Mike and I were talking, I should be a

better host. I mean, we all know I should be a better host. I'm not my fully realized self yet.

I'm still learning. But I generally think about what I want to talk about the morning of.

And poor Mike Sando, this guy is one of the most fastidious, well, fastidious, well-researched,

uh, uh, um, writers, journalists ever in the, the industry for, for especially for sports.

And he takes, he takes these things seriously. He's, he's like, if you ever did those

personality things where it says like in corporate America,

like you're red that means you're kind of a type A hard charging and, you know, then there's blue,

which is relationship driven.
