it's a good night. So first of all, Dana, how are you doing? I'm good. I'm, I'm a little stressed

to be quite honest with you. Yeah. The power rankings came out and Seattle was number one.

And it stressed me out. And I was lucky to find on social media I was not the only one. A lot of people are like, one, one one's a lot to live up to. I don't think we're used to that. You can't say they don't respect you and they do that. It's a good thing. But last time I was on just a few talking about, I asked you, I'm like, when is anyone going to notice that Seattle's good? Well, they noticed? And now I'm like, oh, I liked being under the radar. I think a little bit better. But I'm good. Otherwise, it's been a lot of, it's been a good couple weeks. Nathan, sorry, can you hear me? I can.

You're no longer a volleyball coach, yes?

We have our last game coming up.

So we just had our last practice, but we have one more game and then we have a tournament.

So I have at least two more weekends of volleyball ahead of me.

Okay. So for people that don't know, part of the reason we've been switching to Thursday now

again is Nathan, you know, signed up to coach one of his kids' volleyball teams. And, you know,

we try to accommodate on this show when when people

are doing good things for their kids um and also honestly like sometimes i need a little break

believe it or not so i don't hate having an extra day you could be watching watching Gino Smith playing Bo Nix right now.
