| 0:46.7 | sure what a chakra is. Chakras are simply areas where you might harbor certain emotions and your memories and really it's a way you process your emotions. |

| 1:07.0 | You always have an option. You also always have an option to sit in this meditation for as long as you feel comfortable doing so, |

| 1:57.2 | force yourself to meditate for a certain amount of time. So the meditation technique, as I mentioned, is a chakra technique, your third chakra. |

| 2:20.3 | is keep your thoughts uplifted as you meditate. |
