I'm Mary Meckley and I'm your meditation guide as you continue your way through this positive self-image series.

Every single day you've been exploring a different technique to help you improve your self-image.

In today's meditation, you're going to be guided using a breathing technique.

And every single Tuesday, if you're following these in sequence

this is for a Tuesdays meditation although you can follow the meditations in

any sequence you want in this meditation you will be focusing on your body image because every Tuesday I also focus on doing something

to support your body. Now that could be something to exercise your body or just to make you feel good, such as getting a massage

or going for a walk or taking a nice bath or just relaxing for a little while in the afternoon

before you have to rush back into your activities. So in this meditation, you

will be guided in three different ways. We're layering many different techniques in the

meditations. You'll be focusing on a breathing technique. You'll be focusing on our weekly

theme for positive self-image and you'll be applying this in

regard to your body the more you can target and focus a specific part of your life or part of your health and wellness or whatever it may be,
