Honor where you are on this journey. When you attune yourself to anything having to do with slowing down your lifestyle, becoming more connected with your true inner nature, it's all beautiful.

meditation is a wonderful series that I'm excited to share with you because we're launching

into a brand new series today. And this is a series that came as a request from a listener.

Well, it's a little bit different from what I normally share,

comes to talking and interacting with people she knows. But when it comes to social situations

with others that she's not familiar with or in a big crowd, she freezes.
