most of the themes that I share. This theme was so good I wondered why I didn't think of it before. So the theme

you'll be exploring throughout this week is how to use meditation in socially difficult situations. So a

listener reached out to me and asked me to create this theme. She said that she is a pretty outgoing person with people

she knows and in situations that she's familiar with. But when it comes to going out of her comfort zone or being with people

that she's not really that familiar with, she freezes up and she feels so much anxiety that she has a hard time

tapping into her inner stillness so if she's having a conversation with someone, she says that she'll try

doing a meditation technique such as a breathing exercise or a moodra and she finds that unless she closes her eyes

does the technique with her eyes closed she can't focus and she has a hard time managing social anxiety and so this is a very common
