In February 2018 Sam Chapman (@pixiwoos) posted a video to the Pixiwoo YouTube channel where she revealed she had been diagnosed with depression. In this episode we talk about what life has been like since being diagnosed, what has changed, what has improved and how it has changed her perspective on everything from her friendships to her work to her family.
Expect an incredibly honest and open conversation where we both share our experiences with depression and it becomes clear that no two depressions are exactly the same...
