So in today's episode I invite you to try a meditation technique that I know for many

of you is one of your favorite techniques and for some of you may be a little new and

that is a mudra.

A mudra is an ancient 5,000 year old technique that you do within your hands.

In fact, mudras are often referred to as yoga in your hands.

To do a mudra you simply touch your fingers and thumbs together.

There are a lot of nerve endings on our fingers and thumbs and so when you stimulate your

hands in a particular way it is considered to activate a particular region of your brain.
