Technically, the bugs were very small. The broadcast and the connection with the community needs some work. I think simply the things like switching away from the launch during the

separation of the boosters to a picture of the crowd was with the kind of mistake that they didn't think to check beforehand, but they're going to get that right next time.

But from a technical point of view, they had their focus in the right place. They got the astronauts back successfully.
