Mary's experience in the first Trump term with her colleague Mike Pompeo, the Secretary of State,

dealing with the two hottest capitals

on the planet right now. That would be the Caracas capital of Venezuela and Tehran capital

of the Islamic Republic of Iran. First, Caracas. Mary, a good evening to you. Caracas feels

unfinished. I'm told there are four families now vying for

control of the narco-terrorism income that the Venezuela regime has enjoyed these many years. When you

were there, you were dealing with it, and now the Trump administration too and Mr. Rubio must deal with

it. The flow of drugs and guns and money and smuggling and people

and trafficking. All mobster activity and their four mob families. The one associated with the

Department of the Ministry of Interior, those of the police with the guns and the torture chambers.

His name is Diastalo Cabello. The man in

uniform Minister of Defense, his name is Padrina Lopez, the now president, formerly vice president,

and her brother, the National Assembly leader, that's Jorge and Dulce Rodriguez. And the fourth gang is

Maduras itself without the head because he's been detained in the United States.

These four gangs are persecuting the Venezuelan people as we speak. There is celebration

behind closed doors, but there's also fear. What is to be done, Mary?
